How fast do I get my license key and JAR download after paying?
Right away. As soon as your payment is confirmed, our system automatically creates your license key and unlocks the JAR download inside your Client Area within seconds.
What payment methods do you accept?
For Indonesian buyers, we accept QRIS (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, mobile banking), Bank Virtual Accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, Permata, BSI, and more), and E-Wallets via Tripay. International buyers can also purchase through our official BuiltByBit page.
Is this a one-time payment or a monthly subscription?
All products listed as a One-Time License require only a single payment. There are no hidden recurring charges, and you receive access to product updates in your Client Area.
I already transferred or scanned QRIS, why is my order still Unpaid?
Most QRIS and Virtual Account payments confirm in 5-30 seconds. Make sure you transferred the exact total amount shown on your order page, then click the "Check Payment" button. If it still has not updated after 5 minutes, contact our support team with your order number.

How many servers or IPs can I run with one license?
Each product shows its exact Server IP and Machine limits right on the product card and detail page (for example, up to 5 Server IPs and 2 Machines). If you run a larger network and need extra slots, reach out to us anytime.
What happens if I move my Minecraft server to a new host or IP?
No problem at all. Sign in to your Client Area, find your license, and click the reset button to clear old IP and machine slots right away without waiting for staff.
Where do I download the JAR file and future updates?
Open your Client Area, go to your license or order page, and click "Download JAR". Whenever we release a new update or Minecraft version support, you can download it from the exact same place.

I bought a Formatra product on BuiltByBit. How do I get my license key?
Create or sign in to your free account in the Client Area, open "Verify Product" (Claim BuiltByBit Purchase), and connect your BuiltByBit account. Your license key and downloads will sync automatically.
