Terms & Conditions

Plain, easy-to-read rules covering purchases, digital licenses, refunds, and acceptable use on Formatra Studio (formatra.id).

1. Digital Products & Instant Delivery

Formatra Studio sells downloadable Minecraft server software, proxies, and plugins, along with digital license keys required to run them. Once your payment is confirmed by our payment partner (Tripay) or verified via BuiltByBit, your license key and product download are delivered automatically inside your Client Area.

2. What Your License Allows

  • Each license grants you a non-exclusive right to run the purchased software on your own Minecraft server(s), up to the Server IP and Machine limits listed on the product page.
  • You may move your software to a new hosting provider or IP address using the self-service reset button in your Client Area.
  • You must keep your account login and license key private.

3. Prohibited Actions (Anti-Leak Policy)

To keep our software fair and secure for all buyers, you agree not to:

  • Resell, share, publish, or leak downloaded JAR files or license keys to third parties or leak websites.
  • Remove, bypass, or tamper with the license check or unique buyer identifier embedded in each downloaded file.
  • Use stolen payment accounts, unauthorized chargebacks, or fraudulent payment claims.

Violating these rules will result in permanent suspension of the license key without refund.

4. Pricing & Payments

Direct store orders are priced in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and processed securely via Tripay (supporting QRIS, Bank Virtual Accounts, and E-Wallets). Any payment channel fee is clearly shown before you create an order. Unpaid orders expire automatically after 24 hours with no obligation.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our products are digital software and license keys unlocked immediately after payment, all completed sales are generally final and non-refundable once a license key has been issued or a build has been downloaded.

However, we will gladly provide a full refund or replacement if:

  • You accidentally paid twice for the exact same order (duplicate payment), or
  • The software has a critical technical defect that prevents it from running on a supported Minecraft or Java version and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 days of your report.

Note: If a payment is refunded or reversed, the associated license key is automatically deactivated.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect only the minimum data needed to run your account and protect your license: your username, email address, order history, and the server IP or machine identifiers connected to your license. We never see or store your bank PIN, card details, or e-wallet credentials. All payments are handled directly by regulated payment providers.
